About the role

Lakeland Joint School District is seeking a Long Term Math Substitute for Lakeland Middle School for the 2026‑27 school year, working from November through February.

Responsibilities

• Follow lesson plans and directions provided by the classroom teacher, principal, and Guest Teacher Coordinator
• Work effectively with students in classroom, small group, and one‑on‑one settings
• Maintain strong communication, organization, and classroom management

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED
• Experience working with school‑aged children preferred
• Teaching certificate encouraged but not required

$120 per full day
