About the Role
The Performance & Incentives (P&I) team at TikTok develops competitive compensation and benefits policies to attract and retain top talent while aligning individual interests with the company's strategic goals. This role focuses on long-term incentives (LTI) such as equity, stock options, and RSUs in the AMS region, collaborating across HR and other departments on exciting projects like market research, data analysis, and policy design.
Responsibilities
- Implement and communicate long-term incentives (e.g., equity, stock options, RSUs) policies and programs in the AMS region.
- Design and review LTI plans and policies to ensure external competitiveness and legal compliance through benchmarking against leading tech and general industry companies.
- Collaborate with the Performance & Incentives team on total rewards packages for employees in the AMS region.
- Perform other LTI-related duties as assigned.
Requirements
Minimum Qualifications
- Experience in Human Resources or Compensation-related fields.
- Fluency in English.
- Ability to exercise sound judgment, supported by data, when presenting proposals to stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in LTI-related design and operational work, preferably in a corporate setting.
- Knowledge of LTI programs, market trends, and relevant tax and compliance requirements.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, multitask, and self-drive with attention to detail.

Pay
The base salary range for this position is $76,000 - $151,200 annually. Compensation may vary based on qualifications, skills, experience, and location. In addition to base pay, this role may be eligible for discretionary bonuses, incentives, and restricted stock units.
