About the role

Community Unit School District 200 is seeking qualified substitute teachers to support our schools during the 2026–2027 school year. The district serves approximately 13,000 students in grades PreK–12 across 2 high schools, 4 middle schools, 13 elementary schools, and 1 early childhood center across all District 200 schools.

Qualifications

• Valid Illinois Substitute Teaching License (requires a bachelor's degree), or
• Valid Illinois Professional Educator License (PEL)
• License must be registered in DuPage County

Requirements

• Complete a physical examination
• Submit TB test results
• Successfully pass a criminal background check

Pay

Daily rate: $240.00
