As a Resident Assistant (State Tested CNA) you will provide direct, person-centered care to residents by assisting with daily activities that support their physical, emotional, and social well-being. From helping with personal care to offering companionship, you’ll play a vital role in fostering dignity, independence, and belonging for those we serve.

Schedule & Pay

• Full Time: 6:30 am – 7:00 pm, 36 hours per week with every third weekend rotation; $1,000 sign‑on bonus
• Part Time: 6:30 am – 7:00 pm, 24 hours per week with every third weekend rotation; $500 sign‑on bonus
• Starting pay: $18.00/hour, based on date of state certification
