Long-Term Care Registered Nurse

Registered Nurse (RN) provides resident-centered care in a long-term and post-acute setting. Key Duties: Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care for residents.Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately.Coordinate care with an interdisciplinary team to support overall outcomes.Document care and clinical information in compliance with applicable regulations.Educate residents and families to promote understanding and wellbeing.Contribute to continuous quality improvement efforts.Model dignity, respect, and servant leadership in a mission-driven environment.
