About the role
The Receptionist serves as the first point of contact for visitors, residents, and staff, creating a welcoming environment while handling a variety of administrative and front desk duties.
Responsibilities
- Provide friendly and professional customer service with patience, empathy, and active listening skills.
- Manage a multi-line phone system.
- Handle mail, data entry, filing, and record keeping.
- Create a comforting and engaging atmosphere for residents.
- Work collaboratively to achieve excellent care for residents.
Requirements
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED).
- Strong passion for geriatric advocacy and commitment to senior care excellence.
- One to three months of related experience.
