About the role

Responsible for providing direct patient care in a long-term care setting, including administering medications, assisting with daily activities, and monitoring patient health.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications as prescribed
• Assist patients with bathing, dressing, and other personal care needs
• Maintain patient records and documentation
• Monitor patient health and report changes to healthcare providers
• Participate in team meetings and training sessions

Requirements

• Current license as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
• At least one year of relevant experience in a healthcare setting
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic computer skills for electronic health record systems
