Long Term Care Account Specialist - Boston MA

For our client, we are seeking a Long Term Care Account Specialist - Boston MA to join the team of a leader in the Pharmaceuticals & Biotech space. This remote opportunity focuses on driving specialty pharmaceutical sales within a defined territory, with an emphasis on long-term care and mental health stakeholders. The role will build and maintain trusted relationships with healthcare providers while supporting product education and account growth. It also requires close collaboration with internal partners to address territory needs and achieve commercial objectives. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available Compensation: $123,100 – $168,000 annually Responsibilities Promote and grow the company's products within a defined territory through effective sales strategies Manage relationships with healthcare providers and key stakeholders in mental health Conduct both in-person and virtual education sessions for targeted accounts Identify and solve territory-specific challenges affecting product success Collaborate with internal teams to enhance communication and achieve objectives Qualifications BS/BA in science or a related field, or a Master's degree in science with relevant industry experience 4+ years in commercial pharma/biotech, including 3+ years in specialty pharmaceutical sales, particularly in Psychology or Neurology Experience with specialized pharmacy distribution is preferred Proficiency in business systems and salesforce automation tools, such as Salesforce, Oracle, and SAP Strong understanding of healthcare regulations and sales objectives Benefits Retirement savings plan with company match Paid vacation, holiday, and personal days Paid caregiver/parental and medical leave Comprehensive health benefits including medical, dental, and vision Our client is an equal opportunity employer.
