About the role
As a full-time Assistant Manager at Lolli & Pops, you are a key member of the leadership team. You will be scheduled 32 or more hours per week and offered benefits including medical, dental, vision, and paid time off. Responsibilities
- Help drive store-level financial and operational results by monitoring key performance indicator (KPI) targets and taking appropriate action to achieve store goals.
- Keep the team focused on guest engagement, suggestive selling, sampling, and sharing product knowledge.
- Maximize sales performance through product knowledge education, coaching selling skills, and leading by example.
- Assist in hiring, training, developing, and motivating team members.
- Support the Store Manager with day-to-day store operations, including ordering, inventory management, and team coaching.
- Maintain visual and merchandising standards and ensure store cleanliness.
- Enforce all policies, procedures, and operational directives consistently and effectively.
- Be a champion of Lolli & Pops inside and outside the store.
Requirements
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods (up to 8 hours or more per shift).
- Frequent reaching, bending, kneeling, and stooping.
- Ability to lift, carry, and move up to 25 pounds regularly and occasionally up to 40 pounds with or without accommodation.
- Ability to operate a point-of-sale system and handle small objects (e.g., candy, merchandise).
- Visual and auditory ability to manage the store environment and interact with guests and team members.
- Effective communication skills in person, on the phone, and via digital tools.

Pay
$14.50 USD per hour (Jordan Creek Town Center).
