Logistics Team Member

About the role

This role supports a variety of warehouse functions, including shipping and receiving, loading and unloading deliveries, inventory management, order fulfillment, and maintaining a safe and organized work environment while ensuring all tasks are completed accurately and on time. No prior warehouse experience required; we will train the right candidate.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and stock products in designated warehouse locations.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
• Operate handheld scanners and software systems to ensure inventory and shipment accuracy.
• Pick and pull orders accurately using numeric and alphanumeric part numbers.
• Prepare and complete orders for delivery or customer pickup according to established schedules.
• Load and unload incoming and outgoing shipments.
• Empty trash and maintain general warehouse cleanliness on a daily basis.
• Follow directions and complete tasks assigned by the Warehouse Manager.
• Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while meeting time-sensitive deadlines.
• Perform additional duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Requirements

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Positive attitude and professional work ethic.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Dependable, motivated, and team-oriented.
• Forklift certification is a plus, but not required.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, climb steps or ladders, and use hands and arms throughout the workday.
• Ability to regularly lift and carry 10-20 pounds.
• Ability to occasionally lift up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to perform physical warehouse duties for the duration of the shift.
