Logistics Talent Acquisition Specialist

100% remote role; must live in the Central or Eastern time zone. Veteran talent focus with bilingual skills preferred. 15% bonus opportunity available.

About the role

This Recruiter position is part of our dedicated Talent Acquisition Team, focusing on recruiting for high-volume positions—primarily warehouse order selectors and Class A & B delivery drivers—across multiple distribution centers in the Eastern Time Zone. The role operates remotely to support hiring needs in these locations.

Responsibilities

• Recruit and source qualified candidates for open warehouse and driver positions through job postings, job boards, social media, networking, and other methods.
• Work remotely to support multiple locations in the Eastern Time Zone.
• Review and screen applications and resumes to determine suitability for open positions.
• Evaluate and recommend screened applicants to hiring managers based on job requirements and specifications.
• Consult with HR staff and hiring managers on job postings, media placement, and screening criteria.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Develop, streamline, and enhance staffing systems, tracking, and reporting.
• Conduct analysis on staffing-related activities and develop metrics to support hiring efforts.
• Perform recruitment activities in compliance with human resources policies, procedures, and federal/state employment laws.
• Cultivate and maintain relationships with business leaders, field operations, and HR staff to proactively understand hiring needs and ensure seamless hiring practices.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (work experience may be considered in lieu of a degree).
• 1–3 years of recruiting experience.
