Job Responsibilities
- To strategically lead, develop, and support robust logistics systems (WMS, WCS, 3PL integrations) across LVMH Beauty's multi-brand, multi-channel (B2B, B2C, E-commerce) operations in the Americas.
- To drive process standardization, technological innovation, and team leadership to optimize our supply chain, ensure operational excellence, and support significant business growth, acting as a critical technology partner to our Logistics business users.
- Note: Supply Chain 2030 is the company long term vision of Supply Chain tools, organization, locations … to sustain the growth of the business
- To lead IT initiatives for the Supply Chain 2030 project, ensuring alignment with business objectives and effective implementation of best-in-class solutions across the Americas.
- To manage change request management in the logistics domain, including gathering, analyzing, and translating complex business requirements into robust, scalable IT solutions.
- To partner with Business Stakeholders to define optimal solutions, oversee detailed specification development, manage project timelines, and ensure successful user acceptance testing and deployment.
- To lead and mentor the logistics systems support team, overseeing the proactive identification, analysis, and resolution of production issues.
- To implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance system stability, performance, and user satisfaction.
- To drive the implementation of new modules and applications based on market requirements and strategic business needs.
- To provide strategic insights and recommendations to the program director on project status and support issues, and deliver comprehensive, data-driven reports on the logistics domain's performance and strategic initiatives.
- To serve as the definitive expert and mentor for all business applications within the Logistics domain, providing strategic guidance and fostering a culture of continuous learning within the IS community.
Profile
- New Implementations and Evolutions: Strategically lead the business fit analysis, gap identification, and scope definition for new implementations and evolutions, partnering closely with business stakeholders to evaluate and recommend optimal technological alternatives.
- To provide comprehensive leadership for the IS aspects of all new projects, overseeing planning, resource allocation, and cross-functional coordination.
- To proactively manage communications, risk mitigation, and issue resolution among all project participants (IS and Business).
- To ensure successful project delivery from analysis and design through UAT, go-live support, and post-implementation training, while meticulously documenting all solutions and identified gaps for future reference and continuous improvement.
- To have the ability to work on multiple tasks simultaneously, analyze issues and requests, and formalize a synthetic proposal on the functional changes.
- To understand and implement LVMH standard operating procedures, work individually with little supervision, and in a team with other department members, users or consultants.
- To have good interpersonal and organizational skills, communicate effectively, and be proactive in a team environment.
- To animate the business community.
Qualifications
- Key Competencies: Manhattan Scale, Warehouse processes management, Logistics functional skills, ideally experienced in international / multi-brands context + knowledge about luxury industry / retail industry, Deep expertise in warehouse processes management across B2B, B2C, and e-commerce channels in a high-volume, multi-brand retail environment.
- Personal Skills: Ability to analyze and summarize, Good interpersonal and organizational skills, Autonomous, Excellent communication skills, Proactive team player, Strong strategic thinking and advanced problem-solving abilities.
- Profile: University degree in Computer Science or related field, Fluent spoken & written English (+ good command of Spanish and French is an advantage), Minimum of 3-5 years of progressive experience in Logistics IT management, with a strong focus on WMS implementations and support (e.g., Manhattan Scale), ideally within a multi-national retail or luxury goods environment.
