Responsibilities
- Supervise daily warehouse operations, including receiving, shipping, distribution, material handling, picking, and goods movement.
- Create and maintain a positive and equitable working environment that promotes productivity, safety, and teamwork.
- Effectively communicate issues to leadership and work collaboratively to find solutions.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to material movement between ERPs.
- Drive improvement in warehouse KPIs, such as inventory accuracy, service level, and backorder.
- Manage and coordinate inbound and outbound shipments, as well as import and export paperwork for international receipts and shipments.
- Facilitate and verify training for employees in the warehouse, ensuring they have the skills and knowledge to perform their job effectively.
- Commit to employee feedback and development through Talent Management, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
- Maintain a clean and safe work area using 5S Principles to minimize waste and maximize efficiency.
- Demonstrate strong organizational skills and the ability to work effectively in a team.
- Possess good written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with employees, leadership, and external partners.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree with a minimum of 1 year, or Associate’s Degree with 3+ years, of experience in a similar role as a Warehouse Supervisor or Team Leader.
- Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues effectively.
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
- Basic computer literacy, with the ability to use warehouse management software and other relevant systems.
- Good understanding of warehouse operations, including receiving, shipping, distribution, material handling, and goods movement.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment, with the flexibility to adapt to changing priorities.
- Strong commitment to safety and the ability to maintain a clean and safe work area.
- Strong attention to detail, with a focus on accuracy and quality.
- Able to work effectively in a team, with the ability to collaborate and communicate effectively with team members and leadership.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes.
- Strong work ethic, with a commitment to delivering results and meeting deadlines.

Pay
The estimated base salary for this position is $80,000 - $110,000 annually. The estimated range is meant to reflect an anticipated salary range for the position. We may pay more or less than of the anticipated range based upon market data and other factors, all of which are subject to change. Individual pay is based on upon location, skills and expertise, experience, and other relevant factors.
