Logistics Specialist II - FPA

Location: Portsmouth, NH. This is a fully site-based role; in-person collaboration is required to meet quality and safety standards for medicine manufacturing.

About the role

Training for this position will be held Monday–Friday, first shift, for the first two months. The Logistics Specialist II will use SAP, Syncade, and/or Ship console systems for receipt, storage, issuance, dispensing, and allocation of API and consumable components, and will support manufacturing in handling and shipping product domestically and internationally.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate solid understanding of assigned procedures and obtain required qualifications.
• Understand and apply cGMPs in the work environment.
• Perform Circular Chart tasks for assigned area (installation, review, daily monitoring).
• Complete and review logbook entries as required.
• Operate Class 1, 2, 3, and 4 equipment safely and compliantly.
• Use DMS and Trackwise for assigned area.
• Perform SAP and Syncade transactions required for assigned area.
• Carry out other duties as assigned to support the department.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent (or higher level of education).
• Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook and ability to learn Lonza systems for the role.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Prior work experience in a manufacturing environment is a plus.
