The role involves leading a team of healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality patient care in a specialized medical setting. Responsibilities include managing clinical operations, supervising staff, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily clinical operations to ensure patient safety and quality of care
• Supervise and mentor a team of healthcare professionals
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulatory standards and accreditation requirements
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans
• Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to staff
• Participate in continuous quality improvement initiatives

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in healthcare field or related discipline
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in healthcare management or leadership
• Current licensure/certification in relevant healthcare profession
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously

Qualifications

• Experience in a hospital or clinic setting preferred
• Knowledge of healthcare policies and procedures
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to travel up to 20% of the time

Pay

The salary range for this position is $75,000 - $100,000 annually, commensurate with experience.

Schedule
