Role Overview

As a Logistics Specialist supporting Data Center Facilities, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth flow of materials, tools, equipment, and parts that enable safe and reliable site operations. This role is responsible for inventory accuracy, shipment coordination, material readiness, and logistics execution that directly support maintenance, repairs, and infrastructure uptime across the facility.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage inbound and outbound shipments, deliveries, and inventory movements for data center facility operations.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records for critical spare parts, tools, consumables, and facility equipment.
  • Couple material staging, storage, and distribution to support preventive maintenance, repairs, and project execution.
  • Partner with site operations, vendors, and procurement teams to ensure timely delivery of required materials and resolve logistics issues.
  • Monitor stock levels, identify shortages or risks, and escalate replenishment needs for business-critical items.
  • Ensure storage areas, cages, and inventory locations remain organized, secure, and audit-ready.
  • Support shipping, receiving, asset tracking, documentation, and chain-of-custody processes in accordance with site standards.
  • Maintain compliance with safety, security, and operational procedures related to material handling and site logistics.

Qualifications

  • Experience in logistics, warehouse operations, inventory control, or material coordination within a technical, industrial, or mission-critical environment.
  • Strong attention to detail with a track record of maintaining accurate inventory and shipment records.
  • Comfortable working cross-functionally with operations teams, vendors, and supply chain partners in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience supporting critical infrastructure, facilities, manufacturing, or data center operations is preferred.

  • Strong organizational and inventory management skills with a high degree of accuracy.
  • Ability to coordinate multiple priorities and respond quickly to urgent operational needs.
  • Clear communicator who can work effectively with technicians, site leadership, and external vendors.

Hiring Range

US: Hiring Range in USD from: $74,100 - $148,300 per year. May be eligible for bonus and equity.

  • Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. Accrued Vacation is provided to all other employees eligible for vacation benefits. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.

  • Paid sick leave: 72 hours of paid sick leave upon date of hire. Refreshes each calendar year. Unused balance will carry over each year up to a maximum cap of 112 hours.
