About the role
As a defense mission professional, you'll bring your expertise to work on projects for the Joint Staff. Your responsibilities include providing expert input on logistics requirements to ensure the US can procure and sustain unmanned and autonomous systems across all domains. You'll be a trusted advisor to our clients, identifying, analyzing, and evaluating rapidly evolving and complex systems, policies, and processes related to unmanned and autonomous systems.
Responsibilities
- Develop a campaign or concept for the entire lifecycle of autonomous systems
- Work with the operational force to appreciate their requirements and limitations, and translate that into procurement actions
- Provide analysis and management approaches to supply chain risk
- Guide the work we do for the Joint Staff and the solutions we deliver for military missions and national security
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience planning, coordinating, and executing defense logistics strategies for unmanned systems
- Knowledge of military logistics systems, and unmanned defensive and offensive systems
- Knowledge of the life cycle chain of autonomous systems, including critical components, vendor development, shipment to the warfighter, storage, transport to theater, and sustainment in theater
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree

Pay
The projected compensation range for this position is $86,800.00 to $198,000.00 (annualized USD).
Schedule
Employees working at least 20 hours a week on a regular basis are eligible to participate in Booz Allen's benefit programs. Individuals that do not meet the threshold are only eligible for select offerings, not inclusive of health benefits.
