About the role

As a Logistics Service Provider (Booster) at Veo, you will be responsible for completing tasks that help maintain and deploy the company's vehicle fleet. This includes battery swaps, vehicle movement, and ensuring the fleet is ready to serve riders.

Responsibilities

• Battery Swap - Complete battery swaps between vehicles to ensure they are always ready to ride.
• Vehicle Movement - Transport vehicles to the appropriate locations to ensure they are available for riders.

Requirements

• Own and operate a registered business entity (LLC, S Corp, etc.).
• Manage a team of boosters or subcontractors to complete tasks at scale.
• Provide proof of required insurance coverage (vehicle, liability, etc.).
• Comply with local regulations and city-specific requirements at all times.
• Have access to a reliable vehicle (van, truck, SUV) capable of transporting batteries.
• Be detail-oriented, reliable, and enthusiastic about the mission of ending car dependency and promoting micromobility.

Qualifications

• Experience in logistics or related fields is preferred.
• Strong organizational and management skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage a team.
