Logistics Security Officer

About the role

GardaWorld Security Services is hiring a Response Security Officer (also referred to as a Logistics Security Officer). The role requires adaptability to shift between missions, customer service, patrols, or surveillance depending on the day and special event. Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service to our clients.
• Observe, survey, and report activities at the assigned site.
• Respond quickly to critical situations.
• Provide critical access control screening guests, employees, vendors, and other visitors upon entry and exit.
• Provide extra security patrolling the grounds inside and outside of the facility by car, golf cart, and/or foot.
• Have excellent ability to read and write detailed reports.
• Enforce client procedures, regulations, and standards.
• Be proficient in working with electronics.
• Maintain vehicles and other assigned equipment; follow proper procedures.
• Be certified in the areas of CPR/AED or obtain them after an offer within 1 week or less.

Qualifications

• Able to multitask and work well under pressure.
• At least 21 years of age or older as required by applicable law or contractual requirements.
• Valid driver's license.
• At least 1 year security experience in a fast-paced environment, or equal Military/Law Enforcement.
• Valid PILB in hand.
• High School Diploma or GED in hand.
• Have, or can obtain a certification in CPR/AED in a timely manner.
• Authorized to work in the U.S.

Pay

Competitive hourly wage of $18.01 / hour (DailyPay is available for GardaWorld employees!)

Schedule

• Shift 1: PT Day: 6:00am to 2:00pm: Saturday & Sunday.
• Shift 2: PT Swing: 2pm to 10pm: Wednesday & Thursday.
• Shift 3: Grave: 10pm-6am: Wednesday to Sunday.
