About the role

As part of the Contract Logistics team at Kuehne+Nagel, you will play a key role in designing, managing, and optimizing solutions that keep goods moving efficiently. Whether you’re leading a team, engineering processes, or driving projects, your work ensures that our customers’ products are stored, handled, and delivered with precision.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop people, processes, and systems that ensure the highest safety, quality, productivity, and efficiency.
  • Prepare all quality reports and analyze them to identify negative and positive quality trends.
  • Provide recommendations for improvements and in-the-moment training when opportunities for improvement present themselves.
  • Drive a culture of belonging in a diverse workforce where all associates feel safe, valued, and included.
  • Examine records such as manifests, invoices, BOLs (Bills of Lading); resolve process inefficiencies.
  • Investigate issues concerning overdue, damaged, or shortages in shipments; provide updates to customers promptly.
  • Participate in quality meetings and meeting minutes.
  • Maintain Quality Management System.
  • Maintain calibration records, reports, and equipment documentation.
  • Monitor and advise on product quality matters.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 3+ years of experience in a full-time quality role.
  • 3+ or more years in a leadership role in a warehousing environment.
  • Intermediate skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
  • Knowledgeable of ISO9001/AS9100 standards.
  • Knowledgeable of Lean Six Sigma, Kaizen, and/or Continuous Improvement strategies.

Qualifications
