About the Opportunity

The Logistics Optimization Senior Manager leads enterprise-wide initiatives designed to optimize logistics operations and improve operational performance, service reliability, customer experience, and organizational scalability. This role provides strategic leadership across routing, workforce management, training, automation, analytics, and process improvement. The position works cross-functionally to implement innovative solutions, establish scalable operating models, and develop future capabilities that support automation and sustainable growth.

Responsibilities

  • Provide strategic leadership for enterprise-wide logistics optimization initiatives
  • Develop and execute strategies for routing, workforce management, training, coaching, automation, analytics, and process improvement
  • Partner with multiple departments to identify optimization opportunities and deploy effective solutions
  • Oversee the development of future-state capabilities supporting automation, standardization, and scalability
  • Evaluate emerging trends and technologies to inform logistics capability development
  • Lead enterprise initiatives focused on routing optimization, scheduling, productivity, and operational efficiency
  • Establish governance structures, performance metrics, and reporting frameworks
  • Define ownership models, accountability structures, and performance expectations
  • Develop scalable operating models that align work, expertise, tools, and decision-making frameworks
  • Lead logistics optimization teams across workforce management, coaching, training, business solutions, and analytics

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; alternatively, a high school diploma or GED with four years of relevant experience
  • Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in dispatch, logistics, or collections
  • At least 5 years of supervisory or management experience
  • Strong strategic leadership, operational, and cross-functional collaboration skills
  • Experience developing and implementing process improvements and scalable operating models

Pay

Expected U.S. base salary range of $135,300 to $179,300 per year. Compensation may vary based on experience, education, certifications, work location, and other relevant factors.
