Logistics Material Handler - 2nd Shift

About the role

We are seeking experienced Logistics Material Handlers to join our team. This position involves moving and counting inventory, operating forklifts, and completing various material handling tasks.

Responsibilities

• Pick location replenishment
• Inbound stock putaway
• Inventory cycle counting
• Truck loading/unloading
• Complete forklift certification class
• Operate forklift equipment safely
• Perform daily 5S tasks
• Accurately complete inventory moves
• Meet productivity rates
• Communicate barriers to leads or supervisors
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives

Requirements

• 1 year Distribution Center experience
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail
• Ability to accurately match visual information with product labels
• Strong addition and multiplication skills
• Ability to communicate effectively with co-workers
• Ability to operate motorized equipment safely
• Ability to work voluntary / mandatory overtime as needed

Qualifications

• Ability to lift up to 60 lbs
• Ability to stand for extended periods
• Ability to bend and twist
• Valid forklift certification

Pay

$17.00 per hour + $3.00 per hour shift premium

Schedule

Full-time 2nd shift: Monday - Friday, 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM
