About the Role
The successful delivery of hyperscale data centers depends on the safe, efficient, and coordinated movement of people, materials, equipment, vehicles, and resources across rapidly evolving construction campuses. As projects scale to hundreds or thousands of workers and multiple active construction zones, logistics becomes one of the most critical functions supporting successful project execution.
As a Logistics Manager, you will lead site logistics planning, coordination, and execution across major hyperscale data center developments. You will be responsible for managing the operational framework that enables construction teams to safely and efficiently execute work across large-scale greenfield campuses. Your efforts will help ensure personnel, subcontractors, equipment, materials, suppliers, and construction teams can operate effectively while supporting aggressive project schedules and critical project milestones.
You will lead project-wide logistics activities supporting major hyperscale data center construction projects, responsible for planning and executing logistics strategies involving site access, traffic management, delivery coordination, material flow, laydown yard operations, temporary facilities, worker transportation systems, vendor staging areas, construction routing plans, and logistics infrastructure supporting campus-wide development activities. During early project phases, you will help establish the operational framework required to support large-scale site development activities including mass grading, utility installation, power infrastructure construction, and future vertical construction operations. Working closely with Project Management, Construction Management, Procurement, Field Operations, Safety, Suppliers, Utility Providers, and Subcontractors, you will ensure people, equipment, and materials move efficiently throughout the project lifecycle. This role serves as a critical connector between procurement, construction operations, suppliers, subcontractors, and project leadership while maintaining visibility into material status, equipment movements, delivery schedules, site access requirements, logistics constraints, and campus-wide operational readiness.
