About the role

Own Global Logistics Execution
Coordinate international shipments from booking through final delivery.
Ensure every shipment is delivered On Time, In Full (OTIF) while meeting customer expectations.
Balance service, speed, and cost to optimize overall logistics performance.
Maintain compliance with export documentation and Incoterms.

Responsibilities

• Own Global Logistics Execution
• Coordinate ocean freight, drayage, container management, warehousing, and transportation partners
• Ensure every shipment is delivered On Time, In Full (OTIF) while meeting customer expectations
• Balance service, speed, and cost to optimize overall logistics performance
• Maintain compliance with export documentation and Incoterms

Requirements

• Strong understanding of export documentation, Incoterms, customs compliance, ocean freight, and international shipping
• Experience working with carriers, customs brokers, freight forwarders, and third-party logistics providers
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders across complex international shipments

Qualifications

• Experience managing international logistics, export operations, freight forwarding, or transportation
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to make sound decisions under pressure

Benefits

Compensation is commensurate with experience in the range of $100K-$135K

Schedule

This is a fully in-office leadership role based in West Los Angeles. Minimal travel may be required.
