Logistics Manager

Responsibilities

• Plans and coordinates logistical requirements for meetings, proposal review panels, and events
• Captures logistical support in preparation for outreach events including tasks such as event budget and planning, venue and catering subcontracting, printing, mailing, and event set up and breakdown
• Coordinates logistics and onsite support for onsite and offsite meetings, events, and webinars

Requirements

• Minimum Education: Bachelor’s degree
• Minimum Experience: 4 Years
• Experience planning and coordinating meeting / panel / event logistics
