LOGISTICS/MAINTENANCE SPECIALIST

About the role

Responsible for general maintenance in maintaining the distribution center's buildings. Activities include plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, painting, and dock door maintenance. Desired Previous Job Experience

• High school education or equivalent
• Training in facility maintenance including carpentry, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and mechanics

Minimum Position Qualifications

• 1–2 years general building and facility maintenance
• Basic plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, welding, mechanical, and electrical skills
• Ability to read and interpret technical instructions and manuals
• Skilled with hand tools and power tools
• Valid driver’s license

Essential Job Functions

• Perform preventative maintenance on HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems
• Repair minor electrical, HVAC, plumbing malfunctions, and dock doors
• Perform basic carpentry duties as needed
• Assist in relocating and remodeling offices, conference rooms, and break areas
• Must be able to perform the essential functions of this position with or without reasonable accommodation
