Logistics Lead

About the role

You'll oversee shipping and receiving operations that get our products to customers on time. You'll coordinate with production, manage freight carriers, inspect incoming materials, and lead by example in our warehouse. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who knows how to keep operations running.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day warehouse operations, including stock moves and accurate inventory
• Work with the production team to prioritize shipments based on customer requirements and production schedules
• Coordinate with freight carriers and logistics providers to arrange transportation and keep documentation accurate
• Conduct quality inspections of received materials and flag any discrepancies
• Prepare shipping documentation including packing lists, labels, RMA, and customs declarations
• Maintain clean, organized work areas and follow safety standards closely

Requirements

• Proven experience in shipping and receiving, preferably in manufacturing
• Knows how to lead and motivate a team on the floor
• Knows shipping regulations, customs procedures, and supply chain logistics
• Proficient with Microsoft Word and Excel
• Safely operates a pallet jack and other warehouse equipment
• Is organized with careful attention to detail

Pay

$23.00 - $25.00 per hour, plus a $2,000 prepaid card for medical expenses (prorated based on start date)

Mon–Fri, 12:00pm-8:00pm | Onsite
