As a Logistics Lead, you’ll help keep our operation moving by coordinating the shipment of precision parts and medical devices to customers worldwide.
Responsibilities
- Lead daily shipping and logistics activities to keep orders moving smoothly
- Train and support team members while helping improve processes
- Coordinate shipments, documentation, carriers, and delivery schedules
- Partner with production, warehouse, sales, and customer service teams to solve challenges
- Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with medical device shipping standards
- Support continuous improvement initiatives and special projects
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 5+ years of shipping, logistics, or distribution experience (lead experience preferred)
- Strong organization, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Experience with shipping software or ERP systems preferred
- Ability to operate a stand-up forklift

Pay and Schedule
The shift for this role is first shift, Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM, with a pay rate of $22.00 - $27.00/hour.
