About the role

Inventory/Logistics Coordinator: This person will be focused on logistics, inventory control, asset tracking, and coordination activities. 100% onsite in Memphis, TN, Afton, TX, Ellendale, ND, Denton, TX or Dalton, GA. Candidates must live within driving distance of one of those sites.

Responsibilities

Inventory management and control
Asset tracking and reconciliation
Shipping and receiving coordination
Pickup and delivery scheduling
Customer logistics engagement
Warehouse coordination
Freight carrier management and escalation
Hospital rack inventory management
Node movement documentation and chain-of-custody tracking
Inventory audits and discrepancy resolution
Logistics reporting and status tracking

Desired outcomes include improving inventory accuracy and accountability, increasing shipment visibility and tracking compliance, reducing deployment delays related to logistics constraints, allowing technical OSE resources to remain focused on installation, repair, and customer-facing activities, and improving coordination between customer logistics teams, field operations, and warehouse operations.

Requirements

Must be local and within driving distance of one of the listed sites
Passing background check and drug test
Must be a US citizen
