Logistics Fulfillment Associate

About the role

The Retail business unit of Läderach, a Swiss chocolate manufacturer founded in 1962 and employing over 2500 people from more than 80 countries, seeks to expand its operations. The ECOM Logistics/Fulfillment Associate plays a crucial role in supporting the daily fulfillment operations of the eCommerce business.

Responsibilities

• Process and fulfill eCommerce orders accurately and efficiently
• Utilize internal systems (ERP/OMS) for order tracking and inventory management
• Aid with inventory counts, replenishment, and discrepancy tracking
• Support reconciliation of customer tickets and order issues
• Document processes and report operational inconsistencies
• Maintain clean, organized, and compliant workspaces
• Support additional operational tasks as assigned by leadership
• Adhere to company values and operational standards

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in eCommerce, logistics, or similar environment (preferred)
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office
• Food Handler Certificate (actively or willing to obtain with company support)
• The ability to be flexible including working nights and weekends during peak season (as needed)
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• The ability to multitask and communicate effectively
• A positive, adaptable, and team-oriented mindset
• The ability to lift up to 40 lbs
• The ability to work flexible schedules

Physical Requirements

• May need physical stamina to remain active and stand for long hours, often walking or standing in a fast-paced environment
• Requires the ability to move quickly between tasks, assist multiple customers at once, or handle unexpected changes (like restocking or re-organizing displays)
• Multitasking requires physical agility and the ability to stay organized
• May involve bending, squatting, or reaching up high to organize or stock products
• Some retail positions require employees to maintain cleanliness in the store, which can involve bending down to clean floors or wiping down displays
• Restocking low shelves or accessing high displays may involve frequent bending or stretching
• Requires the ability to lift up to 40 pounds
