Logistics Engineer III - TL
Description
Leading a logistical team supporting the Special Communication Mission Solutions (SCMS) Division at NAWCAD WOLF.
This position is contingent upon award.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, technical, or business discipline
- Five or more years of experience, three of those years must be in complex C5ISR projects associated with reviewing Bills of Materials (BOMs) and acquisition resource planning
- Demonstrated experience leading the logistical functions of multiple C5ISR projects
- Demonstrated experience leading the life cycle of a product including resource planning for acquisition, reporting of parts and consumables, distribution, internal allocation, delivery, and final disposal
- Demonstrated experience analyzing BOMs and planning for replenishments, substitutes of parts/materials, production set-ups, and Engineering Change Proposals (ECPs)
- Demonstrated experience resolving schedule, material, or system problems with cross-functional teams
- Demonstrated experience approving part or material requisitions and initiating production and purchase orders
- Demonstrated experience leading optimization of sourcing, allocations, distributions, and inventory control
