Logistics Driver - Due' Cucina

About the role

Our restaurant is looking for a Logistics Driver for the Seattle Metro Area! Estimated work days and hours are Monday through Friday 9:30pm to 1:30am. At Due’ we believe that integrity and values should always guide our actions.

Responsibilities

In This Role, You Will:

• Demonstrate and uphold our core values
• Make internal deliveries to other stores
• Deliver catering orders
• Load and unload company vehicle
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the company vehicle
• Make sure the vehicle has ample gas for deliveries, filling the gas tank when necessary
• Safely drive and operate company vehicle
• Maintain compliance with all company and road safety rules
• Other driving duties as assigned

Requirements

Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

• Must have a valid Driver License issued in the United States for a minimum of 5 years
• Must be at least 26 years of age
• This position is subject to a background check that includes verification of the legal right to work in the United States
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
• Comfortable bending, reaching and moving quickly
• Must be able to get in and out of vehicle multiple times throughout your shift and navigate any type of terrain to make a delivery
• Must be comfortable driving and working in varying weather conditions
• Must be able to navigate driving routes in the delivery areas
• Ability to speak and understand some Spanish is a plus
• Must have a current Food Handler's card
• Ability to bend, reach, stoop and move quickly
• Finger/hand dexterity to operate kitchen and vehicle machinery
• Ability to withstand changes in temperature, occasional smoke, steam and heat
• Ability to work under stress
• Scheduling flexibility

• Competitive compensation, based on experience $28.75/hour (base wage of $23.00/hour plus an additional $5.75/hour in tips for a combined wage of $28.75/hour)
