Logistics Coordinator – Transportation Operations & Freight
About the role
Displays2Go is hiring a Logistics Coordinator to support their domestic transportation team. This is a fast-paced, hands-on role responsible for coordinating shipments, managing freight claims, reviewing freight invoices, supporting customer returns, and communicating with carriers to resolve shipping issues.
Responsibilities
- Cook domestic LTL, volume, and specialty freight shipments
- Manage freight claims from start to resolution
- Cook customer returns and reverse logistics, including carrier pickups
- Review freight invoices for accuracy and obtain freight quotes as needed
- Communicate with carriers and internal teams to resolve shipment and delivery issues
- Track shipments and maintain accurate transportation records
- Aid with day-to-day transportation activities and help ensure freight moves efficiently
- Recommend improvements to transportation processes when appropriate
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in logistics, transportation, shipping, freight coordination, customer service, or a related office environment
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills, including Pivot Tables and lookup functions (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP)
- Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook and Word
- Strong organization, attention to detail, and time management skills
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to prioritize work, manage multiple tasks, and work independently
- High School Diploma or GED required
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
- Experience with ERP, WMS, or transportation management systems preferred
- Experience handling freight claims, customer returns, or reverse logistics preferred

Pay
$25.00+ per hour based on experience, qualifications, and demonstrated skills. Final compensation will be determined based on relevant experience, skills, and overall qualifications.
Schedule
Hybrid schedule based in Fall River, MA. In-office Tuesdays and Thursdays; remote Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays. Full-time Monday-Friday schedule. Office-based role with frequent communication with carriers and internal departments.
