Essential Duties And Responsibilities

• Communicate with field supervisors daily to plan, organize, and execute efficient timing of deliveries.
• Manage and map out an efficient and effective route for drivers in accordance with company needs.
• Aids in monitoring and managing levels of products.
• Maintains drivers' status and updates schedules accordingly.
• Updates, reviews, and sets routes frequently based on customer needs and requirements.
• Maintains driver efficiency for each load.
• Interacts with all departments and customers to diagnose and resolve potential delays and issues.
• Safeguards compliance with DOT regulations and company policy.
• Provides customer service as needed to all customers, communicating in a helpful, respectful, and professional manner.
• Maintains GPS locations of all company vehicles to create the most efficient transportation means.

Other Requirements

• Shifts may include day, night, holiday, and weekend coverage as scheduled.
• A high school diploma or equivalent certification is required.
• Minimum two years’ experience in logistics operations (e.g., dispatch, routing, load planning, optimization) is preferred.
• Knowledge of DOT regulations and policies is preferred.
• Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written are required.
• Microsoft Office Suite skills are required.

Pay

$62,500 - $65,000 + Bonus + Benefits
