Responsibilities
- Process incoming orders and complete accurate, timely data entry.
- Cookout inbound and outbound shipments, pickups, and delivery timelines.
- Track orders, shipment status, and inventory information; flag shortages, delays, or discrepancies promptly.
- Prepare and maintain shipping documents, order records, and logistics data accurately.
- Communicate clearly with teammates and cross-functional partners to resolve order or process questions.
- Organize, prioritize, and manage multiple tasks while maintaining close attention to detail.
- Contribute to a positive, collaborative, team-based work environment.
Requirements
- Experience in a brewery, manufacturing, warehouse, or comparable operations environment.
- Proficiency with Excel or Google Sheets and the ability to learn order-entry, inventory, or warehouse-management systems quickly.
- Basic math skills, strong decision-making ability, and dependable attention to detail.
- A positive work ethic, self-motivation, and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Ability to stand, sit, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 pounds.
