Logistics Coordinator

We are seeking an organized Logistics Coordinator to oversee daily supply chain operations, ensuring the efficient and cost-effective movement of bulk, mini-bulk, and packaged products from origin to destination. Key Responsibilities Include Scheduling inbound and outbound shipments with carriers, especially during peak planting seasons.Preparing and verifying agricultural compliance documentation such as certificates, seed analysis, and seed tags.Coordinating inventory and lot tracking with warehouse teams, reconciling shipment discrepancies.Optimizing transportation routes to minimize transit times and costs, including multi-stop delivery planning.Managing critical shipping documentation like bills of lading, customs forms, and packing lists. Qualifications And Skills Required High school diploma required; Bachelor’s degree in Agribusiness, Supply Chain Management, or Agronomy preferred.2+ years of logistics experience, preferably with agricultural commodities or perishable goods.Proficiency with logistics software, spreadsheets, and email.Exceptional time-management skills to handle seasonal spikes and route disruptions.Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds, assist with team lifts over 50 pounds, and operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks.Comfort working in warehouse and office environments, with stamina for extended standing, bending, and reaching.
