Main Responsibilities
- Build strong customer relationships by providing the highest quality of service
- Ensure shipment details are accurately entered into the transportation management software
- Communicate with carriers to successfully accomplish the pickup and delivery appointments
- Proactively identify issues and resolve problems to uphold our commitment to service
- Prioritize and respond to internal and external requests in a timely and professional manner
- Collaborate cross-functionally with business development sales representatives, customer account management, customer operations representatives, and other logistics coordinators.
Requirements
- Experience providing excellent customer service and building customer relationships
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal
- Self-motivated individual with proven issue resolution skills
- Able to work in a fast-paced, collaborative, and results-driven environment
- Able to confidently negotiate
Qualifications
- Knowledge of transportation management software, such as Revenova
- Growing industry knowledge to source carriers, quote rates, and offer solutions
- Ability to quickly adapt to new technologies and processes
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills

Schedule
Hours for this position are 11:00 AM to 7:00 PM
Pay
Compensation includes a salary base of $45,000 to $49,000 per year PLUS a bonus earned and paid monthly.
