Logistics Coordinator
About the role
We are looking for a Logistics Coordinator to prepare, coordinate, and manage the movement of equipment from our establishment. You will be responsible for reviewing shipment materials before distribution and collaborating with transportation systems to ensure prompt shipment pick-ups and delivery. You will also prepare shipping documents such as invoices and purchase orders, track orders through carriers like UPS, FedEx, and freight providers, and assist with purchasing and inventory tasks, including periodic inventory counts and audits.
Essential Responsibilities
- Plan and schedule shipments with freight carriers based on product availability and customer request
- Work with other coordinators to ensure orders are being processed effectively and on time
- Confirm important data and verify information accuracy on various shipping documents
- Cook up special shipping requests with the warehouse team
- Follow up with vendors for shipping issues and discrepancies
- Track orders to ensure timely deliveries (UPS, FEDEX, Freight)
- Aid in purchasing and inventory and/or supply management
- Prepare shipping documents such as invoices and purchase orders
- Respond to logistics-related inquiries from other departments
- Conduct monthly, quarterly, and annual audits and inventory counts
Essential Qualifications
- A high school diploma or equivalent required
- Highly organized and detail oriented
- Excellent written & verbal communication skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work under pressure with a positive attitude
- Proficient with MS Office, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and Calendar
- Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs without assistance
- Type minimum 30+ WPM
Bonus Qualifications
- Bilingual Korean preferred but not required

Pay Rate Range
$21.00 - $27.00 per hour
