This Logistics Consultant position earns a competitive base pay plus uncapped commission. What you'll do

A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A LOGISTICS CONSULTANT

• Involves sales, customer service, and managing freight needs for clients.
• Collaborates with carrier partners and shippers to oversee the full lifecycle of shipments.
• Develops long-term relationships with clients through first-in-class customer service.
• Maintains market competitive pricing through contract negotiations and collaboration with team members.
• Performs cold-calling to build a portfolio of clients.
• Stays updated on market conditions and technology through internal and external training.
• Helps other companies find success through supply chain management.
• Serves as the liaison between clients, carriers, shippers, and receivers.
• Sees efforts pay off in a paycheck and feels a great sense of accomplishment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or 4+ years of Sales Experience
• Strong professional communication skills
• Ability to travel to meet with potential and existing clients as needed
• Proven customer service skills
• Sales-driven and self-motivated
• Willingness to work well within a team
• Ability to work in person at designated Axle location
