Schedule
- Monday through Friday
- 1st Shift: 5:30 AM to 2:30 PM
- Overtime and weekend hours possible
Responsibilities
- Perform receipt of incoming goods and/or shipments of finished goods in compliance with established procedures
- Provide administrative support to the warehouse leadership team
- Check in drivers, review Bill of Lading, verify trailer seals, and schedule appointments
- Maintain shipping and/or receiving documentation, reconcile receipt information, and maintain daily reports
- Drive a forklift (preferred but not required)
- Prepare orders by processing shipments and sample orders; packing boxes; staging orders in delivery area
- Verify that goods are intact and report any defects
- Complete receipt and delivery of parcel packages to order requestor(s)
- Maintain safe and clean work environment by keeping shelves, pallet area, and workstations neat; maintaining clean shipping supply area; complying with procedures, rules, and regulations
- Communicate and cooperate with supervisors and coworkers
- Accomplish related results as needed
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements

- Forklift experience (preferred but not required)
- SAP experience (preferred but not required)
- Microsoft Office Suite experience (Excel, Word, and Outlook)
- Read, write, and speak English
- Able to communicate and take direction from lead/supervisor/manager
Qualifications
- High school diploma or General Education Degree (GED); or six to twelve months related work experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
Physical Demands
- Regularly required to sit, stand, bend, reach, and move about the facility
- Ability to adapt to a traditional warehouse environment
- May be required to lift and carry up to 50 pounds and comply with OSHA standards
- Frequent exposure to shop elements such as noise, dust, fumes, and odors
- Safety glasses, facemasks, and hairnets (where applicable) may be required while performing specific tasks
