Job Summary

The Production Fulfillment Lead will manage the daily operations of the production area within our distribution and fulfillment center. Key responsibilities include:

• Ensuring accuracy and efficiency in production processing.
• Training and supporting a team.
• Understanding unit measurement and applying it to customer specifications.
• Inspecting shipments to deliver correct order fulfillment.
• Reviewing Item Velocity Reports to optimize picker productivity.
• Auxiliary tasks such as slotting new items, updating warehouse pick locations, running reports, and reducing product damages.

Education & Skills

REQUIRED SKILLS FOR SUCCESS:

• A high school diploma or equivalent.
• An associate degree in a related field is a plus.

Physical Requirements

Ability to stand for long periods, occasionally push and pull, frequently bend, walk, lift, carry, and reach moderate amounts of weight in a fast-paced environment. Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhere to safety and health regulations.
