Logistics Associate III

Responsibilities

• Manage daily shipping, receiving, and distribution operations.
• Process orders, prepare packing lists, and handle packaging of outgoing materials.
• Track shipments, monitor delivery status, and update ETAs.
• Ensure accuracy and timeliness of incoming and outgoing orders.
• Cook with carriers, vendors, and internal teams.
• Support warehouse activities including inventory checks and stock movement.
• Aid management with purchasing, forecasting, and logistics planning.
• Maintain documentation and ensure compliance with shipping standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or related field.
• Diploma holders with strong experience may also be considered.
• 5+ years of experience in logistics, shipping, warehousing, or distribution.
• Experience with shipment tracking tools, WMS/ERP systems preferred.

Skills
