Key Responsibilities
- Train for all listed responsibilities.
- Aid in preparing import/export and customs documents, including Commercial Invoice, Packing List, Certificate of Origin, and related documentation.
- Coordinate with forwarders and carriers (UPS/FedEx/DHL and freight forwarders) and manage shipping schedules.
- Respond to requests from overseas affiliates and HQ, sharing shipment status updates proactively.
- Manage customs clearance for inbound and outbound cargo, resolving issues like short/wrong shipments and returns.
- Enter and maintain orders, inventory, and product data in the ERP system.
- Learn and grow to independently own import/export processes, adhering to Hiossen SOPs.
Qualifications
- Fluent in both Korean (native level) and business-level English.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy; reliable follow-through.
- Basic Microsoft Office skills (Excel); willingness to learn ERP systems.
- Eagerness to learn international logistics and trade operations.
- Preferred exposure to logistics (internship, part-time, or work at a package-forwarding service or Korean-affiliated logistics company).
- Prior coursework or interest in trade, supply chain, or international business.

Base Salary: $55,000 - $70,000
