  • Coordinate with customs brokers, freight forwarders, carriers, truckers, suppliers, and warehouses to support timely clearance and delivery.
  • Maintain accurate landed cost, freight, duty, and shipment-related data in ERP and shipment tracking systems.
  • Assist with invoice review and discrepancy resolution for freight, broker, drayage, storage, and warehouse charges.
  • Support internal reporting and KPI tracking, including on-time delivery, port delays, customs holds, carrier performance, and shipment exceptions.
  • Help maintain SOPs and process documentation for import, customs, and shipment tracking workflows.
  • Support issue resolution for inventory discrepancies, damaged goods, short shipments, overages, and missing documents.
  • Process inbounds in ERP systems to ensure inventory is available for orders.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field strongly desired.
  • Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in supply chain, logistics, import, export, or a related field.
  • High level of accuracy and strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and adapt in a dynamic, fast-changing environment.

Skills

  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Demonstrated track record of identifying problems and developing solutions.
  • Intermediate to advanced Excel skills.
  • Experience with ERP systems, specifically Microsoft D365.
