Logistics Associate

About the role

Ilmor Engineering provides design, development, testing, and manufacturing of performance engines and parts for major manufacturers and racing teams. The Logistics Associate position is a detail-oriented, fast-moving role.

Responsibilities

• Complete cycle counting of parts and report discrepancies
• Maintain and monitor current inventory levels and provide order recommendations
• Load/unload trucks with forklift
• Maintain general organization and cleanliness of inventory areas
• Maintain the stock of building consumables (gloves, lubricants, zip ties, etc.)
• Maintain accurate records in our ERP system
• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related duties as needed

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1+ year(s) experience with inventory control or shipping & receiving
• Forklift driving experience
• Ability to self-manage and deliver on time
• Excellent interpersonal skills to build relationships internally and externally
• Dedicated to seeing tasks through to completion

Qualifications

• Frequent lifting and moving up to 30 pounds, occasionally up to 50 pounds
• Regularly requires sitting, standing, walking, reaching, handling, feeling, using tools or controls, climbing, balancing, kneeling, crouching, crawling, talking, hearing, adjusting focus, using close vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus
• Sometimes exposed to moving mechanical parts, fumes or airborne particles, toxic or caustic chemicals, risk of electric shock, and explosives
• Occasionally requires work in areas where ear protection is necessary

Pay

$19 - $22/hour

Schedule

Monday - Friday, 7am - 3:30pm + occasional evenings and weekends if needed
