Logistics Associate

Job Summary

- Supports supply distribution and facility operations for MSK clinical and non-clinical areas. - Maintains adequate levels of supplies, equipment, and linen. - Works with administrative and clinical leadership to select necessary equipment and supplies. - Coordinates with vendors and ancillary services to ensure maintenance of facilities.

Supply Ordering

- Takes inventory and orders supplies to maintain established inventory levels. - Counts supplies and orders items via the inventory management system. - Orders additional supplies as requested by leadership and clinical staff. - Identifies and returns overstocked items and suggests changes to par levels.

Supply Distribution

- Delivers and stores supplies in appropriate locations. - Distributes items and replenishes area/procedure carts daily. - Stocks medications and FDA-approved products within established timeframes. - Stores FDA-approved products securely. - Stocks patient servers with linen daily.

Required Skills & Experience

- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel). - Food handling and exposure to cold temperatures. - Client will allow any amount of experience. If there is none, this should be escalated.

Preferred Skills & Experience

- Experience in a healthcare setting.

Required Education

- High School Diploma/GED.

Preferred Education

- Bachelor's Degree.
