Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Collect all deliveries from loading bay, log, receipt in and distribute as required.
  • Maintain stock on shelves in a tidy manner, executing stock rotation in appropriate date order.
  • Record all stock movements and stock issues.
  • Report delivery complaints, lost items, and damages.
  • Track and resolve shipping, warehouse, carrier shipping errors.
  • Assess proper weight ranges for certain shipments.
  • Manage and prioritize multiple time-sensitive tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ensure accurate data entry.
  • Operate all Inventory Control systems to facilitate stock processing duties.
  • Follow department SOPs.
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Desired Education

  • A high school diploma or equivalent and 1 year of related experience or educational equivalence; or equivalent combination of education, training and experience

Desired Skills & Experience

  • Basic computer knowledge with good data entry skills
  • Good communication skills
  • Ability to safely operate other warehouse equipment
  • Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with coworkers, managers and clients

Physical Requirements

  • Ability to lift up to 75 lbs
  • Extensive use of keyboard requiring repetitive motion of fingers
  • Regular sitting or standing for extended periods of time
