Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Collect all deliveries from loading bay, log, receipt in and distribute as required.
- Maintain stock on shelves in a tidy manner, executing stock rotation in appropriate date order.
- Record all stock movements and stock issues.
- Report delivery complaints, lost items, and damages.
- Track and resolve shipping, warehouse, carrier shipping errors.
- Assess proper weight ranges for certain shipments.
- Manage and prioritize multiple time-sensitive tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Ensure accurate data entry.
- Operate all Inventory Control systems to facilitate stock processing duties.
- Follow department SOPs.
- Perform other duties as assigned
Desired Education
- A high school diploma or equivalent and 1 year of related experience or educational equivalence; or equivalent combination of education, training and experience
Desired Skills & Experience
- Basic computer knowledge with good data entry skills
- Good communication skills
- Ability to safely operate other warehouse equipment
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with coworkers, managers and clients
Physical Requirements
- Ability to lift up to 75 lbs
- Extensive use of keyboard requiring repetitive motion of fingers
- Regular sitting or standing for extended periods of time
