Logistics Analyst(Order and Fulfillment)

As a Logistics Analyst, the work you’ll do at GDIT will be impactful to the mission of our Government customer. You will play a crucial role in supporting the Supply Chain’s Order Planning and Order Fulfillment teams by ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and timeliness across the end‑to‑end order lifecycle.
Responsibilities
- Process customer and internal orders with accuracy and within established timeframes.
- Prepare and maintain required procurement documentation, including purchase requisitions.
- Evaluate orders for completeness, accuracy, and alignment with program and contractual requirements.
- Perform fulfillment system processing, including allocation, release, tracking updates, and issue resolution.
- Collaborate with Order Planning, Order Fulfillment, Procurement, and Warehouse teams to resolve discrepancies and support timely delivery.
- Communicate clearly and professionally with internal stakeholders to provide status updates, clarify requirements, and ensure alignment.
- Apply strong attention to detail to maintain data accuracy, identify potential issues, and support continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree required with a concentration in Logistics, Supply Chain Management or Operations preferred.
- Military experience will be considered.
- Two (2) years’ experience in customer order management and/or customer service
- Ability to obtain Secret Clearance
- Previous experience in coordinating customer accounts and sales orders
- Previous experience utilizing ERP and WMS applications preferred
- Candidate must be detail-oriented, a self-starter, and someone who takes initiative with minimal supervision.

Pay
The likely salary range for this position is $63,750 - $86,250. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
