Logistics Analyst III, Materiel Fielding (Regional Manager Support)

About the role

First Division Consulting (FirstDiv) is seeking Logistics Analyst III personnel to support PM SMD FID materiel fielding operations. This role focuses on coordination, documentation control, schedule alignment, and operational support.

Responsibilities

• Cook with Regional Managers and stakeholders to align fielding priorities, schedules, and support requirements.
• Support document staffing, routing, and records management for fielding actions, including maintaining organized files by Unit Identification Code (UIC).
• Maintain monitoring of fielding schedules and support adherence to approved plans and timelines.
• Use Microsoft Office tools to support reporting and documentation standards required by the mission.
• Interface with transportation and fielding functions to support discrepancy reporting workflows requiring Regional Manager visibility.

Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Five years of relevant logistics experience consistent with a Logistics Analyst III role.
• Strong coordination, document control, and schedule management skills; proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.

Qualifications

• Must meet contract security and installation access requirements, including a Tier 3 investigation with Secret eligibility, and complete required Government training (Cyber Awareness, HIPAA/Privacy, AT, OPSEC, and others as applicable).

Skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
