About the role
This role supports and optimizes Coterie's inbound and outbound freight network. Key responsibilities include:
- Own day-to-day execution of inbound and outbound freight operations
- Coordinate transportation from supplier through warehouse delivery
- Partner with freight forwarders, carriers, customs brokers, and 3PL warehouse partners
- Maintain transportation dashboards and develop reporting
- Analyze freight costs, carrier performance, network trends, and operational data
- Support carrier management and continuous improvement initiatives
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Supply Chain, Finance, Customer Experience, Product, and Retail teams
Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in transportation, logistics, supply chain, or operations
- Experience coordinating domestic and/or international freight transportation
- Strong analytical skills with advanced proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, lookups, data analysis)
- Experience working with transportation, ERP, WMS, or supply chain systems
- Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
